Things to Know Before Booking a Private Party at Decanter Tasting Room
What are Decanter’s In-House Catering Options?
Decanter Tasting Room offers a variety of small bites, paninis, charcuterie boards and our bountiful party boards.
Party boards are designed to extra large charcuterie boards (the equivalent of 4 regular charcuterie boards) that look beautiful and feed large groups efficiently. Party boards are $195 each and includes one additional portion of each meat, cheese.
What is the Minimum to Reserve a Private Party at Decanter?
Decanter Tasting Room has $2,500 minimum for all private parties (price does not include food and drinks).
Our team takes pride in curating a personalized experience for every private party. If your special occasion requires a unique menu item, wine, or party element we will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your special event is executed to your liking.
Can I Source an Outside Catering Vendor for my Private Party?
While we prefer that all private party catering orders remain in-house, our team can help you source an outside catering option for unique occasions.
When the private party requires additional catering, we offer our guests the option to hire a trusted and local outside catering partner. The client and their outside catering vendor are responsible for all ordering, setup, and take away on the day of the event.
Can I Hire a Food Truck for my Private Party?
We do not allow food trucks to serve in our parking lot at this time.
Can I Hire a Musician for my Private Party?
Absolutely! Ask our team for a referral if you would like to hire a local musician to perform during your party.
