Decanter Tasting Room offers a variety of small bites, paninis, charcuterie boards and our favorable party boards.

We provide a variety of delicious small bites, paninis, charcuterie boards, and our favored party boards. Our party boards are visually stunning, offering a perfect variety of meats and cheeses for larger events. Our party boards are available for $195 each.

What does it cost to Host a Private Event at Decanter?

Decanter Tasting Room has a rental fee of $3,000 for all private events (rental fee does not include food and drinks).

Our team takes pride in curating a personalized experience for every private event. If your special occasion requires a unique menu item, wine, or party favor, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure it is everything you want for your event.

Can I Source an Outside Catering Vendor for my Private Event?

While we prefer that all private event catering orders remain in-house, our team can help you source an outside catering option for unique occasions.

When the private event requires additional catering, we offer our guests the option to hire a trusted and local outside catering partner. The client and their outside catering vendor are responsible for all ordering, setup, and take away on the day of the event.

Can I Hire a Food Truck for my Private Event ?

While we love showcasing our in-house catering, we understand that some events call for something a little different. We welcome outside catering vendors and will happily help you connect with local providers. We are now offering food trucks to serve at private events on-site! It’s a fun and flexible way to personalize your event and give your guests something unique to enjoy. We will help coordinate logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Absolutely! Ask our team for a referral if you would like to hire a local musician to perform during your party.
